Shipping Methods & Timelines

Standard Delivery (within Nepal)

  • 3–5 business days
  • Reliable for most locations

Express Delivery (major cities)

  • 1–2 business days in major cities
  • Best for urgent orders

International Delivery

  • 7–14 business days, depending on destination
  • Subject to customs clearance

Processing Time

  • Orders processed within 1–2 business days
  • Additional 1 day may be required for validator quality checks

Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery (within Nepal)

  • Free for orders above NPR 3,000
  • NPR 150 flat rate for orders below NPR 3,000

Express Delivery (major cities)

  • NPR 300 flat rate

International Delivery

  • Cost calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

  • Customers receive a tracking number via email and SMS once the order ships.
  • Orders can be tracked anytime on our Order Tracking Page.
  • Tracking updates are available within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • If tracking information is delayed or unclear, customers can contact our support team for assistance.

Delivery Partners

  • Domestic couriers: Aramex, NepXpress, local city partners
  • International couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS
  • Special handling partners: certified carriers for fragile and wellness-sensitive products

Restrictions & Exceptions

Delivery Locations

  • No delivery to P.O. Boxes or military addresses
  • Remote or high-altitude regions may require extra time

Product Limitations

  • Fragile or oversized items may need special handling
  • Temperature-sensitive wellness products may not be eligible for long-distance shipping

International Orders

  • Subject to customs checks and local import regulations
  • Additional duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery.
  • If an item is damaged, report it within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after review.

Lost Packages

  • If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact our support team.
  • We will investigate with the courier.
  • Confirmed lost orders will be reshipped or refunded, including shipping.
